Year 11 student Hannah Gaunt who runs for the North Devon AC competed for Great Britain at the European Biathle Championships in Portugal.

Battle Of The Bands 2013

Students gathered in the School Hall each lunch time in March to watch friends compete in the annual Battle of the Bands competition. There has been a massive boom of students interested in popular music and performance over the last few years. With limited accommodation for students to rehearse regularly ‘plugged in’ the school invested in a project where students are given Rock band tuition after school every Tuesday evening. Student Art Exhibition Jan-Feb 2013

There was a student Art Exhibition of a sample of work for Years 7-11, upstairs at The Boston Tea Party in Barnstaple. It was on in January until mid February. Work included: Cultures and different periods of art, printing; African art, information and communications technology, book sculptures, natural form and abstract art and more.
