Kenya 2014

Following the hugely successful trip in 2012, there is another chance for students to be part of this once in a lifetime adventure in 2014. The trip is run with Camps International, who organise ethical expeditions for gap year students and schools/community groups. On this rewarding adventure students take part in project work for a variety of causes, including digging watering holes, building trenches, carrying out construction work, painting educational murals, and planting trees, and other activities that can make a real difference to local communities. There are also personal challenges to face such as trekking mountains and scuba diving in the Indian Ocean, which help make this an unforgettable experience.

Students raise money for the trip with a variety of fundraisers and sponsored events. For more information ask Mr Ratcliffe at the School.
