Tegan wows at Future Chefs competition

Well done to Tegan Williams who won the second round of the Rotary Future Chef competition at Tavistock.  She’s heading to Cardiff at the end of the month for the next round.
Her winning menu was duck with cherry sauce and fondant potatoes with apple frangipane tart with Chantilly cream.   The judging chef said “a challenging menu prepared to almost perfection “ .
