We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join the team on a fixed term basis for maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to join Park School’s well-established and diligent HR team. You will be supported by the School Business Manager and work alongside the HR Administrator. The successful candidate will work closely with key members of the SLT, recruiting the right talent, supporting and enhancing staff performance and well-being. The successful candidate will be people focused, have a solution-based approach and have experience in dealing with employee relation matters and following HR policy and procedure.
