On Sunday 1st March 2020, Park School competed in the North Devon Schools Gymnastics competition held at Kingsley School, Bideford. Fifty gymnasts took part and what an amazing day it was!

The dedication shown not only on the day but in the lead up was remarkable. Students who were competing for the first time ever or competing for the first time as intermediates held their nerve despite some tough competition!

As a school Park entered nine teams and all made the podium, in addition to seventeen individual awards!

Coach Mrs Rea said “What an amazing group of students we have at Park school. The students made the countless hours of training so much fun. I would like to thank all the parents that have supported me throughout the gymnastics season. I would also like to thank my amazing five year 11 students, competing in their last ever competition for the school, they have played such a big part in our club! They are Dan Mock, Millie Ayres, Emily Hicks Holland, Molly-Mai Hingston and Indya Dunn we will all miss you!
