Extra-Curricular Opportunities

The life of any school is enriched by the wide range of opportunities that take place beyond the classroom. These activities help students develop valuable skills, build confidence, make new friendships and discover talents and interests they may never have known they had.

Park School offers a vibrant and varied extra-curricular programme that is hugely popular with students and a real strength of the school. There is something for everyone, with clubs and activities ranging from competitive and recreational sports to chess, Dungeons & Dragons and many other special interest groups.

Students can also get involved in the performing arts through SParkS, our thriving drama group, alongside a range of music clubs, bands and choirs. Our extensive programme encourages students to pursue their passions, try something new and make the most of their time at Park.

Learning Beyond the Classroom

At Park School, we recognise the value of learning beyond the classroom and actively encourage students to broaden their experiences through educational visits and enrichment opportunities.

To support our core values and enhance students’ learning, we offer a wide range of day trips, residential visits and cultural experiences throughout Years 7–11. Our extensive programme provides opportunities for all students to develop new skills, gain confidence and create lasting memories.

Highlights of our enrichment programme include:

• Immersive expedition to Uganda

• Geography Department visit to Sicily
