We are extremely excited to be a part of this year’s Shakespeare Schools Festival, a nationally run festival that offers local schools the opportunity to perform Shakespeare plays in their local theatres.
Our performance of The Comedy of Errors will be performed at The Queen’s Theatre, Barnstaple on Monday 3rd November 2014 at 7pm and we are hoping for as much support as possible from our school community.
Three other local schools will also be performing on the same evening, including The Tempest, The Taming of the Shrew and Much Ado about Nothing. Year 8 students will be particularly interested in ‘Much Ado’ as they will be studying this play in their English lessons. This will be a great opportunity to see this play in performance.
